processing times:
orders typically take 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped out. during high-demand periods, processing times may extend, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
standard shipping:
our standard shipping options deliver your order within 7-14 business days after the processing period. please note that the shipping times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances.
order tracking:
there is no order tracking however when the item is sent you will receive an email. and it will only be a couple days from then 
shipping destinations:
we currently offer shipping to various destinations. please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdelivery.
shipping costs: 
these are covered fully by the company but only if you are in the united kingdom any abroad countries will have to pay for there shipping 
international shipping:
for international shipping, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. these fees are the responsibility of the customer. please check with your local customs office for more information.
order modifications:
if you need to modify your order or shipping information, please contact or customer support team as soon as possible. once the order is shipped, modifications may not be possible.
lost or damaged items:
the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
